CE Supervisor - Addiction Worker

​Turas Training is a Community Employment Scheme designed for people in recovery from substance misuse.  We are currently recruiting for a CE supervisor, addiction worker to join our experienced team in the delivery of a range of trauma informed programmes and services. Training is provided and the role offers excellent opportunities for career advancement.

Job Title 
CE Supervisor - Addiction Worker.
Salary €34,257.60 to €41,375.36


Main Duties
1. Keywork and Care Planning
2. Facilitation/Co-facilitation with recovery, education, outdoor and holistic groups 
3. Advocacy and Interagency Work


Competencies/Qualifications/Skills
1. QQI Level 6 Award or Higher
2. Good Communication and ICT Skills
3. Experience in Addiction Work an advantage
4. Knowledge of CE an advantage

Day Programme Support Workers (CE)

Job Description:to assist in our day programme sessions with full time staff
Duties Include:
Assist in the preparation of rooms, materials for programme sessions
Produce written reports on sessions
Work on own initivate and as part of a team
Maintain the ambience of the building
Attend training when required
Any other duties assigned by a line manager


House Keeper (CE)

Job Description: to assist with the day to day general domestic duties
Duties include:
Maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the premises
To ensure all rooms are vacuumed daily
To ensure all toilet areas are cleaned daily
Upkeep and cleanliness of all general areas
Checking stock supplies
Work on own initiative and as part of a team
Any other duties assigned by a line manager

Receptionist (CE)

Job Description: to be the first point of call for all visitors, ensure all reception duties are complete accurately and in a timely manner.
Duties Include:
Answer telephone with professional courtesy
Ability to use computer application, photocopier, fax and answering machine
To issue stationary when required
Knowledge of filing system and accurate record keeping
Knowledge of  general office duties
Work on own initiative and as part of a team
Attend training when required
Any other duties assigned by a line manager
