- Notes and reports on your care needs and education and training needs
- Assessments such as HRB Forms, (Health Research Board Forms), ILP Forms (Individual Learning Plan), and Care Plans

- Review the care we provide for you to ensure it is of the highest standard
- Investigate complaints, legal claims or adverse incidents
